4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp seasoned salt

6 slices bacon, cooked until crispy

1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese (or cheddar blend)

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)

For the Honey Mustard Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp Dijon mustard

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)


Instructions
