Ingredients

For the steak tips:

1 lb sirloin steak, cubed

1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and black pepper to taste

For the cheesy rigatoni:

12 oz rigatoni pasta

2 tbsp butter

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper

Fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Season steak with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in skillet and sear steak for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove.
  3. Cook rigatoni in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic, cook 1 minute.
  5. Stir in cream, paprika, and Parmesan. Simmer until smooth.
  6. Toss pasta in sauce, add pasta water if needed.
  7. Return steak to skillet or top over pasta.
  8. Garnish with parsley if desired.
