Ingredients
For the steak tips:
1 lb sirloin steak, cubed
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
For the cheesy rigatoni:
12 oz rigatoni pasta
2 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper
Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Season steak with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in skillet and sear steak for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove.
- Cook rigatoni in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
- In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic, cook 1 minute.
- Stir in cream, paprika, and Parmesan. Simmer until smooth.
- Toss pasta in sauce, add pasta water if needed.
- Return steak to skillet or top over pasta.
