Ingredients

10 large eggs

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cottage cheese

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)

2 tbsp butter, melted

Chopped chives or herbs for garnish (optional)


Instructions
