Ingredients
2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
2 tablespoons granulated sugar (for topping)
1 tablespoon powdered sugar (for dusting)
Fresh berries (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Layer the first crescent dough by unrolling one can and pressing the seams together to form a crust in the baking dish.
- Make the filling by beating the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the first layer of crescent dough.
- Add the top layer by unrolling the second can of crescent dough and placing it over the filling, pressing the seams together.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and additional sugar if using.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool for at least 20 minutes before slicing. For cleaner cuts, refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh berries if desired.
