Ingredients
1 package (2 sheets) puff pastry, thawed
4 oz cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup cherry pie filling
1 egg (for egg wash)
1 tbsp milk

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Roll out puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and cut each into 6 rectangles (12 total).
