Ingredients
8 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1 egg
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Lay cooked noodles flat. Spread 2–3 tablespoons of filling on each noodle.
- Roll noodles gently and place seam-side down in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Pour half a cup of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of the dish before placing rolls.
- Pour remaining sauce over rolls and sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
