Ingredients

8 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained

2 cups cooked shredded chicken

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 egg

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lay cooked noodles flat. Spread 2–3 tablespoons of filling on each noodle.
  4. Roll noodles gently and place seam-side down in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Pour half a cup of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of the dish before placing rolls.
  6. Pour remaining sauce over rolls and sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and broil for 3–5 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
