Ingredients
1½ pounds chicken tenderloins
1 cup buttermilk
1 egg
1½ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions
