34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup chicken broth

3/4 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and black pepper to taste

1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (drained and sliced)

Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Optional: Cooked pasta (rotini, penne, or fettuccine)


Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear chicken in olive oil for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Place chicken in the crock pot and pour the sauce over it.
