Salt and pepper, to taste

1 (1 oz) packet ranch seasoning mix

8 oz penne pasta

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

6 strips cooked bacon, crumbled

2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil and cook penne until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken, season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir in ranch seasoning and let simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat and stir in cheddar and Parmesan cheeses until melted and creamy.
