Ingredients

3 cups cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded

3 cups cooked and cubed potatoes (russet or Yukon gold)

2 cups broccoli florets, blanched or steamed

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus more for topping)

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

45 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled

1/2 red onion, diced

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: green onions or parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Dice or shred the cooked chicken, cube the cooked potatoes, and blanch the broccoli.
  3. Cook and crumble the bacon, then dice the red onion.
  4. In a large bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and both cheeses (save some for topping).
