1 lb ground beef (85% lean preferred)

1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp steak sauce (like A1)
1 cup beef broth
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
4–6 sandwich or hoagie buns
6–8 slices provolone or mozzarella cheese

Instructions
