1.5 lbs sirloin or tenderloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
5 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
