1 lb ground turkey
2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat the Skillet – In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and let it warm up.
- Cook the Ground Turkey – Add the ground turkey, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Cook for 5-6 minutes until browned, then remove and set aside.
