Ingredients
For the Meatballs:
1 lb ground beef or pork (or a mix)
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp grated ginger
½ tsp black pepper
1 egg
½ cup panko breadcrumbs
1 tbsp brown sugar
For the Korean BBQ Glaze:
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 garlic clove, minced
For the Spicy Mayo Dip:
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp gochujang
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sugar
Optional: splash of lime juice
Instructions
- Combine meatball ingredients in a large bowl and mix until just combined.
- Shape into 1 to 1.5 inch balls.
- Bake at 400°F for 15-18 minutes or pan-fry until browned and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, combine glaze ingredients in a small saucepan. Simmer until slightly thickened.
