Ingredients

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Tzatziki Sauce:

1 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 cucumber, grated and drained

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped

1 tsp lemon juice

Salt to taste

Pizza Base & Toppings:

2 naan breads

1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)

Sliced grilled chicken

1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

12 tomatoes, sliced or chopped

Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: Mix marinade ingredients and coat chicken. Marinate 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  2. Grill Chicken: Cook over medium heat, about 6-7 minutes per side. Rest and slice thinly.
  3. Prepare Tzatziki: Combine yogurt, cucumber, garlic, oil, lemon juice, dill, and salt. Chill.
