Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken breast, cubed

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom or celery soup

1 1/2 cups uncooked instant rice (or cooked egg noodles if adapting)

1 1/2 cups chicken broth

1/2 cup sour cream (optional)

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

Salt and black pepper to taste

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional topping)

1/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs

2 tbsp chopped chives or parsley for garnish

1 tbsp butter, melted


Instructions
