2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced or whole
12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
6 slices bacon, chopped
12 oz spaghetti
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 large egg yolks
3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
- Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.
- In a large skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Sear in bacon fat with olive oil until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté shrimp with butter until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
- Lower heat and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add cream and bring to a simmer.
