2 tablespoons olive oil

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized strips

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)

2 cups penne pasta, uncooked

2 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken broth

3/4 cup tangy BBQ sauce

1/4 cup honey

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Grated parmesan cheese (optional)


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
