Ingredients
4 medium Yukon Gold or Russet potatoes (halved)
3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Prepare the Potatoes by washing, drying, and cutting them in half lengthwise. Pat the cut sides dry for better seasoning adhesion.
- Mix Seasoning: In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
