Ingredients

4 medium Yukon Gold or Russet potatoes (halved)

3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)

1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  2. Prepare the Potatoes by washing, drying, and cutting them in half lengthwise. Pat the cut sides dry for better seasoning adhesion.
  3. Mix Seasoning: In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Coat the Potatoes: Brush the cut side of each potato with the butter mixture, then sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese, pressing lightly to help it stick.
  5. Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place potatoes cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 35-40 Minutes until the potatoes are tender and the parmesan crust is golden brown.
