Ingredients

Orange Ginger Turmeric Shot:

1 medium orange, peeled

1 inch fresh ginger root

1/2 inch turmeric root or 1/2 tsp ground turmeric

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Pinch of black pepper

1/4 cup water

Beet Berry Boost Shot:

1/2 small beetroot, peeled and chopped

1/4 cup mixed berries

Juice of 1/2 lime

1/4 cup water

Optional: 1 tsp honey or agave

Green Apple Spinach Zing Shot:

1/2 green apple, chopped

1/2 cup spinach

1/2 inch ginger

Juice of 1/2 lemon

1/4 cup coconut water


Instructions
