2/3 cup maple syrup or honey
1/2 cup coconut oil or melted butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup oat flour (or finely ground oats)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 or 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper or grease lightly.
