Ingredients
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
1 packet (1 oz) dry ranch seasoning mix
1 packet (0.87 oz) chicken gravy mix
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
(Optional) 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
(Optional) 1/2 cup sour cream or heavy cream
(Optional) Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Lightly grease the inside of the slow cooker with cooking spray or butter.
- Place the chicken in an even layer at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning, and chicken gravy mix until smooth.
- Pour the gravy mixture over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
