Ingredients

6 large eggs

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon yellow mustard

1 teaspoon sweet pickle relish

1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Salt & black pepper (to taste)

Paprika (for garnish)

Chopped fresh chives or parsley (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Boil the Eggs: Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, turn off the heat, cover, and let sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Cool & Peel: Transfer eggs to an ice water bath and let them cool for 5 minutes. Peel the eggs under running water.
  3. Slice & Remove Yolks: Cut each egg in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolks into a bowl.
  4. Prepare the Filling: Mash the yolks with a fork and mix in mayonnaise, mustard, relish, vinegar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  5. Fill the Egg Whites: Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
  6. Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with paprika and optional fresh herbs. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
