2 packs of Korean spicy ramen (e.g., Shin Ramyun or Buldak)

3 cups water

1 teaspoon sesame oil

250g beef sirloin or ribeye, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)

1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar

1 teaspoon garlic, minced

1 teaspoon ginger, grated

1 teaspoon sesame oil

½ teaspoon black pepper

For the Creamy Sauce

½ cup heavy cream or milk

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon black sesame seeds

Salt to taste

Garnishes

2 tablespoons chopped green onions

½ teaspoon black sesame seeds

Chili oil (optional)


Instructions

1. Prepare the Grilled Beef

  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, gochujang, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper.
