1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup fresh strawberries, diced

2 tbsp granulated sugar

1 tsp lemon juice

Crunch Topping:

1/2 cup golden Oreos, crushed

1 tbsp freeze-dried strawberries, crushed

1 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Make taco shells: Preheat oven to 375°F. Brush tortillas with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar. Drape over rack bars and bake 6–8 minutes until crisp. Cool completely.
  2. Prepare strawberry sauce: Cook diced strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan for 5–7 minutes. Let cool.
  3. Make cheesecake filling: Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Transfer to piping bag.
