Dough 4 cups all-purpose flour 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast 1 cup warm milk 110°F 1/3 cup granulated sugar 1/3 cup unsalted butter softened 2 large eggs 1/2 tsp salt Filling 3/4 cup brown sugar packed 2 tbsp ground cinnamon 1/4 cup unsalted butter softened Cream Cheese Glaze 4 oz cream cheese softened 1/4 cup unsalted butter softened 1 cup powdered sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1-2 tbsp milk as needed for consistency
In a large bowl, combine warm milk and sugar. Sprinkle yeast over the top and let sit until foamy, 5-10 minutes.
Add softened butter, eggs, and salt. Gradually mix in flour until a soft dough forms. Knead until smooth. Let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl for filling. Set aside softened butter.
Roll dough into a 16x12-inch rectangle. Spread butter and sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly.
Roll into a log and cut into 12 rolls. Place in greased 9x13 pan. Let rise 30 more minutes.
Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Beat glaze ingredients until smooth. Spread over warm rolls.
