Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Plastic wrap

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 226 g cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Optional garnishes: chopped pickles, fresh dill, or paprika for topping

Instructions

  • Mix the Base – In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, dill pickles, fresh dill, garlic powder, green onions, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth and well mixed.
  • Shape the Cheese Ball – Scoop the mixture onto plastic wrap. Gather the edges and shape into a ball by gently rolling and pressing together.
  • Chill for Best Texture – Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld and the texture to firm up.
  • Garnish Before Serving – Roll or sprinkle with extra chopped dill, pickle slices, or paprika, and garnish with fresh dill sprigs.
  • Serve and Enjoy – Place on a platter surrounded by crackers, pretzels, or fresh veggies, and dig in!

Notes

For best flavor, chill the cheese ball overnight. Add extra pickle juice if you like it tangier.
