Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 6 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Gradually mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract until a dough-like filling forms.
  • Press the mixture into egg-shaped silicone molds and freeze for 30–45 minutes.

  • Pop the chilled eggs out of the molds and dip them into the melted chocolate, using a fork to fully coat each one.
  • Place on parchment paper and decorate immediately with sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
  • Chill in the fridge until the chocolate hardens completely.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

You can customize the colors of the candy melts to fit your holiday theme. Use gel food coloring for best results with white chocolate.
