Ingredients

  • 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup white chocolate or candy melts
  • 36 candy-coated chocolate eggs (3-4 per nest)
  • 1/2 cup colored coconut or sprinkles (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter over low heat in a large saucepan.
  • Add mini marshmallows and stir until smooth and fully melted.
  • Remove from heat and stir in Rice Krispies cereal until coated.
  • Spoon into a greased muffin tin and press centers to form nests. Let cool 30 minutes.
  • Melt white chocolate or candy melts until smooth and spoon into nest centers.
  • Press 3-4 candy-coated eggs into the chocolate and let set before serving.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature.
