Ingredients
  

Ingredients

  • 200 grams paneer
  • 2 tablespoons achari masala
  • 3 tablespoons yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 green chili finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander chopped
  • 250 grams naan dough
  • 2 tablespoons butter or ghee melted
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Crumble paneer into a bowl and mix with achari masala, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, green chili, and coriander. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  • Prepare naan dough, knead until smooth, and let it rise until doubled.
  • Divide dough into small balls, flatten, place a spoonful of paneer filling in the center, and pinch to seal.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes or cook on a skillet until golden.
  • Brush with melted butter or ghee and serve hot with chutney or yogurt dip.

Notes

For an extra kick, add a pinch of chili flakes to the paneer filling.
