  • 227 g jumbo lump crab meat
  • 60 g mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 30 g breadcrumbs (lightly seasoned)
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the crab mixture by combining all ingredients and folding gently.
  • Form into golf ball-sized bombs and chill for 15–20 minutes.
  • Sear in butter 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Serve hot with lemon wedges or dipping sauce.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh; refrigerate leftovers up to 2 days and reheat in a skillet or air fryer.
