Fresh Melon and Prosciutto

Fresh Melon and Prosciutto

A combination of sweet, juicy melon and salty, delicate prosciutto makes this dish a refreshing appetizer or a light summer lunch. It’s the kind of recipe that feels elegant but takes minimal effort, making it perfect for entertaining or treating yourself to something special. The sweetness of the melon balances beautifully with the savory notes of prosciutto, while fresh herbs and a drizzle of balsamic glaze take it to the next level.
